Nasi Goreng Kampung (Philips All-In-One Pressure
Cooker)
2 cups of Basmathi rice, wash
& drain
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon of dried prawns,
soaked in hot water & drained
8 fresh red chillies, deseeded
5 birds eye chillies
2 cups of water
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil if you like the
texture to be slightly oily.
Method:
1. Place the
onion, garlic, soaked dried prawns, red chillies and birds eye chillies into
the Philips food processor.
2. Process the
ingredients until coarsely chopped.
3. Place all
the chopped ingredients into the Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker Pot and add
the rice.
4. Flavour with
salt.
5. Pour in the
water.
6. Press RICE
and the press START on the Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker with the vent
pointing towards the middle which is for pressure cooking.
7. When the
rice is cooked in 14 minutes, make a crater in the middle of the rice and break
the egg in the middle.
8. Close back
the lid and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
9.
After 5 minutes, pour olive oil over the rice and stir the ingredients
together. Serve.

Spicy Ox Tail Soup (Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker)
Ingredients
8 slices of oxtails
1 onion, blended
3 cloves of garlic, blended
½ inch ginger, blended
1 tbsp tomato puree
3 cups of water
2 potatoes, skin peeled & cubed
1 carrot, cut into small cubes
2 sticks of celery, cut into small cubes
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground coriander
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
6 cardamoms
6 cloves
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients
inside the Philips All-In-One
Pressure Cooker pot.
2. Stir till everything is
well combined.
3. Press SOUP & then START
button of the Philips All-In-One
Pressure Cooker.
4. After 30 minutes, the
Soup will be ready.
5. Release the pressure by
turning the vent to the right. Then open the lid.
7. Sprinkle with fried
onions & sliced chinese celery when serving.

Ingredients:
2 chicken thigh (about
180gms weight each)
½ cup of plain yoghurt
1 medium sized onion,
blended
3 garlic, blended
1 lemon, squeezed for the
juice
2 tablespoon of chili
powder
1 tablespoon of garam
masala
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of suger
½ teaspoon of ground pepper
Method:
1.
Place all the ingredients except the chicken into a large bowl.
2.
Mix all the ingredients well.
3.
Put the chicken into the other ingredients and mix well.
4.
Allow to marinate together for a minimum of ½ an hour. Marinating it
overnight is ideal.
5.
Place the chicken thigh onto the Grill Pan of a 170°C Airfryer.
6.
Grill the chicken for about 25 minutes.
7.
Cut into pieces when serving. Perfect dipped with mint sauce &
raita.
Seri Kaya Bakar (Philips
Airfryer)
¾ cups plain flour
1 cup thick coconut
milk
5 pandan leaves, blended
with ¼ of water & strained for the juice
½ teaspoon green colouring
4 large eggs, beaten
¾ cups caster sugar
2 tablespoon of ghee
(melted)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
powder
1 tablespoon sultanas
Method:
1. Beat
eggs, sugar, pandan juice and green colouring together in a large bowl.
2. Pour
in the coconut milk.
3. Put
in the flour gradually and beat till well combined and becomes a smooth batter.
4. Heat
a cake tin in a preheated 180ºC PHILIPS Air Fryer.
5. When
the tin heats up, put a little bit of ghee.
6. Pour
the Seri Kaya into the tin till ¾ full.
7. Bake
in the Philips Air Fryer for 12 minutes.
8. After 7 minutes or when the Seri Kaya Bakar is
¾ cooked, sprinkle with cinnamon powder
and sultanas over the top.
